Supported by industry leaders and expert mentors, a select group of high school students is invited to University of South Florida for an immersive four-day entrepreneurship experience. Participants collaborate in high-performing teams to develop innovative business models while building skills in pitching, marketing, finance, and design in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

With full access to premium resources and direct mentorship, students are expected to fully engage from idea to execution, culminating in a final competition for cash prizes and recognition. Past cohorts have learned from world-class speakers such as Sal Khan and accomplished founders. With limited spots and growing interest each year, the program attracts highly motivated students seeking a rigorous and impactful experience.
